Dynamic est appelé à la rescousse et livre l'un de ses premiers Roboïzer. On notera que Nagai et ses collègues ne tentent en aucun cas de faire du simili-Mazinger.
I think these are all sketches by Dan Kobayashi of Toei, not from Dynamic. The final "settei" for the movie was realized by Tadanao Tsuji.

Yes, it may look "Dynamic-ish" but it's by Kobayashi. From Letter A to W they're all made by him. Mazinger Bible and Mazinger Daizenshu agree on this.

Ok so it looks the problem is the spazer, not the robot, and that's why Dynamic was called back isn't it?

My understanding is that Dynamic was called back for the story and the characters, not for the mecha.
Toei had an initial idea presented to them by people from Tatsunoko who disguised their name as "Sakūru Bān", but then they weren't able to develop further the subject. So they called back Dynamic. There is an interview on M. Bible by Tadaaki Kikuchi or Takashi Nagai, I don't remember exactly, on this.

There are two interviews actually, on p. 350.
It says they needed help with the design and so they called Dynamic, but then Dynamic decided to change everything and rewrite the story

Dynamic has that much power? The company is called just to do the mecha-design and says" Na, na, we'll take over the whole thing"?????
This movie is of little importance, it's just fan-service for a summer festival, I guess Dynamic would not try to revamp the thing.
But when Toei decides Gattaiger will also be a séries, wich may happens very very early after Dynamic being onboard, yes, I can understand, with all the possible money to make, that Nagai's team pushes to get involved a lot more. And when Koji is forced into, Dynamic gets de facto full power.
In the Mazinger bible or other artbooks, for the definitive design of the Gattaiger of the movie, is the name of the finalizer artist written?

OK, but I deeply think that Dynamic has no reason to takeover before Fuji TV order the return of Koji.
I think that things went very quick after Toei refused God Mazinger. But it's not the place to talk about it, it concerns the series, not the movie.

Pour toi l'idée de faire UEDS vient forcément après sa sortie, de part son succès critique, pas lors de sa conception?
